We are still able to provide you with exceptional legal services, so please call or email us if you require legal assistance.

Please note, due to many of our employees working remotely, we are only available to answer calls between 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. We will continue to monitor our voicemails until 5:00 p.m. and will strive to get back to your at our earliest opportunity.

We encourage you to mail, email or fax documents for our attention to us during the pandemic. However, if you are unable to do so, you may drop the documents off at our office between 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

We will continue to closely follow local and national recommendations to help combat the spread of COVID-19. We are committed to putting the safety and wellbeing of our clients, our employees and our wider community first. We look forward to welcoming you to our office soon.

COVID-19 and the importance of your estate plan

Witnessing the impact of COVID-19 provides us all with the opportunity to reflect on our economic wellbeing and most importantly, the health of ourselves, our family and friends and our community.

Many of you may be self-isolating as much as possible to protect your community. We suggest that during this time you also consider how you may best protect yourself and your family through your estate plan. Having an estate plan in place which appropriately reflects yours and your family’s wishes for your medical care and a plan for your financial assets is more important than ever.

If you have an estate plan in place, please carefully review your plan to make sure no updates or revisions are required. If you would like our office to review your estate plan on your behalf, please contact us.

If you do not have an estate plan in place, please contact our office so we may advise you appropriately on the best way to protect yours and your family’s health and economic wellbeing.
